Connectly Recruiting is partnering with a growing, minority- and woman-owned boutique technology consulting firm to find an AI Solution Architect. You'll design and build AI-enabled enterprise applications on AWS, from RAG solutions and chatbots to analytics interfaces powered by Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients.

What you'll do

• Architect and build AI-enabled enterprise solutions on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and the AWS SDK
• Design and implement RAG, chatbot, and analytics interfaces connected to Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
• Integrate AWS AI services, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, and Comprehend, into client solutions
• Define best practices for containerized AI microservices on EKS, ECS, or Lambda
• Lead code reviews, architecture assessments, and performance tuning of AI pipelines and application logic
• Enable secure connectivity to RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, and S3 using AWS IAM and security best practices
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD and monitoring using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CloudWatch
• Translate AI strategy into practical technical roadmaps and AWS implementation plans for clients
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators that combine AWS and AI

What you bring

• Hands-on experience architecting and building scalable enterprise applications on AWS
• Practical experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, and inference APIs into enterprise applications
• Experience deploying container-based services on Amazon EKS or ECS
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Bonus points for

• AWS certifications, especially Machine Learning Specialty and Solutions Architect
• RAG and vector search experience with Amazon Bedrock or OpenSearch
• .NET background (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework)
• Real-time streaming with Amazon Kinesis or MSK
• AWS Well-Architected and cost-optimized design
• Consulting experience delivering enterprise solutions
