Large consume products manufacturer in McElhattan PA looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor on first shift M-F. This position will manage a team of up to 35 people and manage company assets to safley maximize machine equipment.

 

The person must have an Associates degree with 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferably out of consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Must have experience with CMMS and be able to set up PM programs. Looking for a hands on leader who knows how to coach, mentor, and develop people that is use to managing a large team. Stron technical and problem solving skills are necessary.
