Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian who wants strong case exposure, hands on experience, and a supportive clinical environment without burnout. The Associate Veterinarian will work alongside a multi doctor team with access to advanced tools, surgical capabilities, and continuous clinical support. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical care across general practice, urgent care, and ER cases.
  • Perform examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with a multi doctor team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
  • Utilize advanced tools including ultrasound, video endoscopy, and surgical equipment.
  • Participate in structured mentorship or provide mentorship depending on experience level.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold AAHA level standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
  • Strong interest in general practice, urgent care, and/or ER.
  • New grads welcome; mentorship available.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed for patient care.
  • Ability to work in a clinical environment with varying activity levels.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality required.
